Doctor Hozair Syed, I do not know if your np contacted you regarding the appointment on the 4th of Jan with my mother attending too. The meeting with your staff was a complete failure to PATIENT-CENTERED Communications. See Email and Faxes to Care@InlandPsych.com --- I need you to understand something, My Mother Says: " hopefully it will turn out all right on Tuesday process of change to patient-centered care will be established maybe not all at once but at least a step will be taken."

I have an address of concern here. Starting on Jan 6th, 2022 [ 10 days ago ]. I had an appointment with my HIV Doctor on January 13th, 2022. It did not go so well. I had FAXED the introduction of Patient-Centered communications went ignored. That fax was never confirmed to be placed into priority. In my efforts to ensure that everything is properly aligned out of the imbalance that you imposed on me, my HIV doctor provided an email address to direct him an address of great importance into the view of everyone that needs a social correction. That is for sure. I sent the email to him and stored the email public. You can access the email also. As it applies and mentions what must be activated [ by law ] into my care. Link Follows.
